The signs and symptoms of anxiety are varied. Common signs of anxiety include:
1. Fast heart rate
 2. rapid breathing
3. sweating
 4. feeling tired may occur
 5. difficulties going to sleep or staying asleep
6. your forehead or hands to sweat more than normal
7. Breathlessness or a feeling that you can’t catch your breath
 7. Excessive fidgeting or nervousness 8, Muscles spasm or tense
9. Intrusive thoughts

Therapy helps the client identify the root causes of the anxiety. Sometimes people think they know the cause of their anxiety, which may be far from the truth. The client may have an understanding and awareness of the triggers. Therapy helps the person develop a greater awareness of the causes and the triggers of the anxiety. Awareness is the first step to resolving anxiety during anxiety therapy and counseling. After awareness, the therapist will work with the client in developing strategies and treatment to overcome the anxiety.
